These Terms of Service apply to your use of ADVDCASH (the “Service”). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Definitions
“Service” means the virtual card issuance and payment service, “Balance” means pre-funded store credit, and “Card” means a virtual payment card issued for making payments.
3. The Service
The Service provides virtual Visa·Mastercard cards usable for third-party payments. Card issuance, availability and limits may vary by partner and regulation.
4. Accounts
An account runs on a single account token, with no email or password. Keeping the token safe is your responsibility, and a lost token cannot be recovered. The number of accounts created from one connection may be limited.
5. Balance and payments
The Service runs on a pre-funded balance. The balance is store credit used to issue and pay with virtual cards, and currently only crypto top-up is supported. Payment methods are in preparation.
6. Prohibited use
You must use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it for fraud, money laundering, infringing others' rights, violating third-party merchant terms, or any other illegal or improper purpose.
7. Availability and “as is”
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Payments and issuance may be restricted by third-party policies and network conditions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the Service is limited to the amount of your pre-funded balance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Suspension and termination
Accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law may be restricted or terminated.

These Terms may change, and any changes will be posted on this page.
